...but it was a really great one! My mom, sister, grandma, and brother came to visit. We just hung around, watched movies, had some good food, went out to dinner, and visited the zoo!
However, I didn't get anything done. Which is what I intended, but now I am freaking a little. I have lots of grad school work to do and lots of elementary school work to do and lots of reading to do and lots of groceries to shop for and lots of laundry to do and I am so tired.
I did manage to go to the gym today and get on the elliptical while I read a book. My shin splints are creeping back and I am trying to take it easy this week because I am running my very first race this weekend! It's a 5K on the boardwalk in Ocean City. I am running it with Josh, his dad, and his brother. So we get more visitors this weekend :-)
Okay--time to go be a grownup!
